30 Hang Squat Cleans at 55-60% of Heavy

Focus for the day is the scoop! The transition from the knee to the jump position is missed a lot of times during Olympic lifts. Focus on hitting each position on the way up. The arms do not bend until the legs and hips have fully extended. Work on form. Lift heavy. Have fun. Give someone a high five.
