Today we have a chipper. The purpose of a chipper is to grind through a lot of reps. This one is will test your rowing endurance the most so settle into a pace that will test you but not floor you. Work through the strict pull ups the best you can and if you’re scaling pull ups, let’s go with a band today. Have some fun chipping!
