Today is all about building strength and focusing on technique. Working to a heavy means we are working to something that feels heavy for the day that allows us to maintain perfect form. This is different than going for a max. Also, you will probably feel a little fatigued from the week so the weight might feel a little heavier than normal. That is ok. Focus on technique.
We are back again with the Bulgarian Split Squat, but with more reps. Take a few more sets here than you normally would. These are good for you, so gather some volume in them. Enjoy.
