25 minute AMRAP:
5 Shuttle sprints (down & back 25′ each)
3 rounds of “Cindy”
*Cindy= 5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups , 15 Air Squats
*Each round of the AMRAP = 100 reps, 10 points going towards the sprints.
ROM: 2 min hold of each – runner’s lunge, full saddle, twisted cross, figure-four
