We are doing strict Lynne. No kipping.

This workout should take a while. Rest as needed between rounds, but do not rest more than like :30 between the bench and the pull ups. If a bodyweight bench is not happening for you, make it a weight you can get 8-12 reps at each round. Goals for this workout in terms of total reps should be somewhere between 40 and 60 for each movement.
