Kerry Hicks


Kerry has been with us since June 2018. He’s in charge of programming our CrossFit workouts and heads up our Foundations program. His background includes tennis, basketball, and Cross Country. He is a Captain in the U.S. Army which is where he started coaching CrossFit to his fellow soldiers in 2015. When he’s not at the gym, he enjoys snowboarding, playing guitar, and adventuring outside with his pup, Mercer.
