CrossFit Longmont’s Barbell Club is for anyone who wants to learn and improve their Olympic lifts. During barbell session we work on mechanics of the movements, improving explosiveness, strength, and coordination. All of these attributes come together to help athletes lift properly and get stronger.
Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:00-7:00pm.
The Snatch and the Clean and Jerk are two lifts of particular focus at the Barbell Club. The coaches are dedicated to teaching athletes how to execute these lifts with proficiency and confidence so as to strengthen and enhance each athlete’s lifting ability. This club is intended to supplement regular CrossFit regimen, and is designed to take you to the next level of fitness.
