10 single legged deadlifts (unweighted or light weight)

:30 second nose-to-wall handstand hold

*Number written is per leg.

SS: Find a max of the complex: 1 Squat Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Split Jerk

(17 min cap.)

10 Rounds For Time:

1 rope climb

6 burpees

10 minute cap.
