CrossFit Longmont’s Barbell Club is for anyone who wants to understand and achieve correct form on Olympic Movments. During barbell session we work on mechanics of the movements, improving explosiveness, strength and coordination. All of these attributes come together to help athletes lift properly and get stronger.
The Snatch and the Clean and Jerk are two lifts of particular focus at the Barbell Club. Our staff is dedicated to teaching athlets to execut these lifts with poise and confidence, and instructions is tailored for the individual so that everyone can understand and benefit from these movements. Our intention is to strengthen and enhance our athletes technique while making them comfortable under the barbell. These movements are a fundamental part of CrossFit programming and proper execution is a must. This club is intended to supplement your regular CrossFit regimen, and designed to take you to the next level of fitness.
